The Creative Soul has something for every skill level and age.

Art Project Options:

• Pottery Painting: Unleash your creativity on ceramic pieces, perfect for personalized keepsakes.

• Canvas Painting: Express yourself on canvas, creating unique artworks guided by your instructor.

• Open Studio: Allow your guests to choose their own project.

• Customized project: Have a special theme for you event? Let’s chat on what type of project will work best. 

• Paint your Pet Workshop: You don’t have to wait for this class to be posted! Get together a group of friends and family and have your own private workshop. (minimum is 5 for this class)

• Crafty Class: We offer a number of fun crafty type classes such as, decoupage seashells, seashell art, wine glass painting, etc. If you can imagine it, we can probably do it. Let us know what you have in mind and we can brainstorm!
   

Studio Maximum is 25 guests.

DEPOSIT

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do realize that life can be unpredictable at times and things will come up from time to time that prevent you from going forward with your event. If you cancel your event within the first 7 days of the day you booked, a 100% refund of your deposit will be returned.

I supply everything your guests will need to create their masterpiece.

PRICING

Pricing out our events at The Creative Soul isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, simply because every event is unique with your preferences and choices. With an extensive array of art options, themes, and customization possibilities, we want to ensure that your experience is tailored precisely to your vision.

PRIVATE or SEMI-PRIVATE EVENTS: (note: we do not charge extra for private events; standard open studio pricing applies)

Studio fee of $10 per painter which includes:

• 2 hours of studio time.

• All art supplies and materials

• Unlimited use of all studio tools

• Freshly made Popcorn.

• Party host or hostess to help with needs during your visit.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Paper goods - Plates, cups, napkins, silverware

• Food - Snacks, cake, ice cream, drinks

• Decorations - Balloons, streamers, tablecloth (Optional)

 

OPTION 1 (PRIVATE EVENT)

Private studio for up to 2 hours. 15 painters’ min, 20-25 max. This option is good for larger parties that want to invite a lot of non-painting family & friends. You will have access to the entire studio for up to 2 hours. You will have one room dedicated to food and gifts and the other main area for painting and creating their masterpieces. A deposit of $50 is due at the time of the booking. Final payment will be paid the day of the event minus the deposit.

If you want the private studio but have less than 15 painters, you will still need to pay the studio fee for 15.

 

OPTION 2 (SEMI-PRIVATE)

Semi-private studio time up to 2 hours. Parents drop and go. This option is best suited for smaller parties that will not have a lot of extra non-painting guests attending or food items. Your party will be in a private room that can accommodate up to 10 painters. The main studio area will be open to other customers. No deposit required for this option at this time.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What is the maximum number of guests the studio will hold? You can have up to 25 guests in the studio.

Can family members or attendees paint?  Families of attendees are more than welcome to grab a table and paint while their child attends the party. They will incur their own charges.

What are the days & times we can have a party? Your party can be booked during open studio hours which are Wednesdays 10am, 12pm, 2pm, or Thursday-Saturday 10am, 12pm, 2pm, or 4pm. The Studio is closed Sunday-Tuesday, but exceptions are made all the time.

Can we come early to set up? In most cases, yes. It is however not guaranteed as it depends on how full the studio is with customers.

Can we bring food? You’re welcome to bring any kind of snacks, treats and drinks for post painting merriment.  We do have a large refrigerator and will be happy to store any items for you during your visit! Adult events are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages.
